Product Introduction
Installed between the rectifier bridge and the DC bus, the DC reactor acts as a "peak-shaving and valley-filling" buffer. Its core mission is to suppress ripple, ensure continuous current flow, and protect downstream equipment. By leveraging inductive reactance to resist current spikes, it minimizes pulsation and guarantees current continuity. It presents high impedance to AC components superimposed on the DC link, effectively attenuating characteristic harmonics and boosting the power factor to above 0.9. Additionally, it limits grid transients and inrush currents, preventing rectifier bridge damage and overheating of filter capacitors.
